Business Office Manager
A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to join our dynamic team! As a Business Office Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business office, providing exceptional support to our staff and patients.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, including billing, scheduling, and patient registration
Manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service
Develop and implement effective office procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, providing regular reports to management
Resolve billing and insurance issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or business office setting
Proven experience in a management or supervisory role
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with electronic medical records and practice management software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
