Supporting the analysis and documentation of business and system requirements, the full-time remote Salesforce Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into functional Salesforce solutions. Key responsibilities Gather and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews and analysis Assist in developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications while maintaining requirements traceability Support Salesforce implementations and document configurations, workflows, and business rules Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in business analysis, IT support, or a related field Understanding of business analysis principles and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and basic understanding of Salesforce platform concepts Proficiency with requirements tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
