About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SDR Manager to lead and develop our JustFOIA Sales Development Representative team. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and motivating SDRs to achieve pipeline generation goals while fostering a high-performance, collaborative team environment. You will play a critical role in developing prospecting strategies, improving team effectiveness, and supporting revenue growth through qualified lead generation.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Establish clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback through call reviews, activity analysis, and coaching sessions.
• Drive execution of inbound and outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, qualification, and meeting generation.
• Analyze SDR activity and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Create a positive, competitive, and high-accountability team culture focused on professional growth and results.
• Partner closely with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and other stakeholders to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Ensure consistent execution of sales processes and pipeline development best practices.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing skill development of SDR team members.
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and strategic initiatives designed to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain visibility into team performance and provide accurate reporting on key pipeline and activity metrics.

What you'll need to be successful

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or developing sales professionals.
• Experience managing SDRs, BDRs, inside sales professionals, or similar sales teams preferred.
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales development strategies.
• Proven ability to motivate teams, drive accountability, and improve performance outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Experience working in SaaS, software, or technology-related sales environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build strong internal partnerships.
• Experience selling to government agencies or public sector organizations is a plus.
• High level of organization, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.
