Sales Development (SDR) Manager
OTE: $150,000 - $200,000 (75/25 split)
Location: Boston, MA 02108
Full-time / Hybrid (3 days in office / week)
Our client is a growing B2B software company hiring its first Sales Development Manager to stand up a brand-new SDR function in Boston. The company's platform is used by many large enterprise customers and has strong traction within the technical and developer community it serves.
This is a true player-coach position. You'll build the team from the ground up — hiring, onboarding, and developing SDRs who convert inbound interest and run targeted outbound prospecting into a steady stream of qualified pipeline.
Success in this role means partnering tightly with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to translate demand signals — inbound requests, product engagement, buying intent, event activity, and account-level interest — into real sales opportunities.
