Leading and scaling the outbound SDR function across the EMEA region, the full-time SDR Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing a high-performing SDR team while driving predictable pipeline generation, all in a fully remote capacity within Spain. Key responsibilities Partner closely with Recruiting to attract, interview, hire, and onboard top SDR talent while developing structured onboarding and coaching plans Lead, coach, and inspire an outbound SDR team to consistently exceed pipeline generation targets through regular performance reviews and development sessions Own the outbound prospecting strategy, creating training programs and playbooks to continuously improve SDR performance and optimize processes Required qualifications 2+ years of experience managing an outbound SDR team in a B2B SaaS environment Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies and proven ability to build predictable outbound pipeline Experience creating onboarding programs and sales training, with a focus on coaching SDRs through their development Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and ability to utilize data for performance optimization Proven expertise in developing outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling and email prospecting
