Providing senior-level analytical support for the technology services portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will manage reporting and analytical models to enhance deal objectives, revenue predictability, and profitability across the services lifecycle. Key responsibilities Gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting solutions while presenting performance trends and recommendations to senior leadership Evaluate pricing, costs, and deal profitability, and analyze end-to-end services performance to identify risks and improvement opportunities Develop reporting for recurring revenue metrics and create executive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales operations, financial analysis, or business analytics supporting commercial decisions Bachelor's degree in finance, business, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience Experience with managed services metrics, including NRR, GRR, and customer-level analysis Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and VBA, with proficiency in SQL and Power BI or Tableau Strong experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including data validation and forecasting practices
